"חדר חדש, מודרני ומרווח, נקי ונעים צוות מקסים ממש! כולם היו כל כך חמודים, תמיד עם חיוך, אנרגיה טובה, רוצים לעזור, נותנים הרגשה של בית. מיקום מצויין, קרוב לתחבורה ציבורית, למדרחוב של חנויות (עם לקניון city 2 ממש ממול) ובכל זאת יחסית שקט."

"המלון לא ברמה של ארבעה כוכבים מבחינת איבזור בחדר, שירותי נקיון או המתקנים. הרגשה שקצת חסכו: היינו 2 לילות- היו רק 2 שקיות תה/קפה, אפילו בוחשנים ספרו בדיוק 4.. מגבת ידיים אחת. אין נקיון של החדר, אפילו לא ריקון פחים. גם המקלחת דורשת תשומת לב, לחזק ידיות/ איטום, והכי חשוב- הוספת מדף שיאפשר להניח תיק רחצה, זה כל כך פשוט. היה רק וילון האפלה, ללא וילון לבן לפרטיות והכנסת אור (בחדר שלנו, בחדר אחרים היה). החלון לא ניתן לפתיחה. זה לא קשור ממש למלון, ובכל זאת.. בשעות הערב מחוץ למלון תמיד היתה חבורה מאוד אגרסיבית עם כלבים, שעשתה המון רעש ולכלוך, ובעיקר פגע בתחושת הבטחון."

"Most of all I want to thank the staff. I am well travelled and at most hotels the staff members are pleasant. However, I have yet to meet staff who are so dedicated in every way especially to seeing that the guest are seen to 100% - amazing!! I had a slight problem with the TV it was immediately taken care of. I had the air-conditioner on "cool" and that too was immediately regulated - all with a smile!! The room was cozy, perfect and the hotel is so, so central. Breakfast for me was great, best of all the fresh fruit salad. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Avi Tsur"

"לא היה שירות חדרים רוב זמן השהייה שלנו וכשכן היה (אחרי חמישה ימי שהייה אם אני לא טועה) רק סידרו את החדר ולא החליפו מצעים. חדר מאוד קטן, היינו עם שתי מזוודות גדולות ובקושי היה מקום בחדר."

"Our room was well presented. We liked the sustainability touches. Staff were friendly and the food was very good in the bar area. Water available all the time at the entrance of the hotel which is a great idea."

"We stayed for 3 nights. There were three hangers for hanging clothes and no shelves/chest of drawers. Also the place could do with some coat hooks. Bathroom is tiny but useable even though our room was an executive one."

"The staff is extremely kind, helpful and efficient. The bar downstairs is great and very convenient. It is also close to the vibrant part of the city and business district (as I was there for work). I will definitely choose The Usual again next time when in Brussels."
