"We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. They were truly welcoming and genuinely caring, which made the experience feel very special. Our room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. We also loved the little museum exhibition on the ground floor—it was a lovely and unexpected touch. The décor throughout the hotel, including in the room, is tasteful and thoughtfully designed, creating a calm and uncluttered atmosphere. We also had an amazing dinner at the hotel restaurant—the food was absolutely delicious and made our stay even more memorable. We absolutely loved our short stay and would happily return."

"Short walk into Ypres. The best thing I liked was the fact it had mugs in the room!!! A decent size cup of tea in the morning!! Everything is well thought out in the prestige rooms. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Lovely bathroom. Everything new, fresh, modern. Night lights a great touch when you need to go for a wee at night. Restaurant delicious. Welcome drink. Good value out of season. War memorabilia in the hotel foyer. Very tasteful. Free parking and breakfast included make it very reasonable."

"I little bit of light came into the bedroom at night when the hotel outside lights were on. But not much."
