"Spent a night here, instead of Croatia on my way north by motorcycle. Very affordable accommodation comparing to Croatia and was happy with my choice. Got offered some home cooked coffee and enjoyed it watching the Bosnian mountains. Croatia is only a 5 minute drive away."

"Vasko was a generous host who made you feel welcome with Turkish coffee, beer, and homemade rakia! I was looking for a place to disconnect and focus on my work of at least half the cost of a bed in a hostel in Dubrovnik. The location fits best for those in shape because there are trails to go on hikes behind the house. Although I'm sure Vasko can let you use his kitchen if needed, there is a restaurant (Nostalgija) with delicious food at affordable prices. For example, I spent 20 euro for a main course, sides, bread and ajvar dip, a couple beers, and a post-dinner local rakia."
"I tried to use Bolt or Uber from the airport; however, they will only drop you off as far as Gornji Brgat border crossing. For 4 euro, took the Libertas bus to Brgat. Fortunately, a generous driver offered me a ride across to Ivanica, where the house is located. On the way back, I walked the 3km border crossing on foot. If you are fit, adventurous, and want a good workout, definitely walk over and enjoy the picturesque views of mountains to sea."

"The host is the personification of the hospitality, he's very kind, humble and interesting person to talk with. I had the pleasure to share a coffee with him and a very interesting talk about the history of the place. This is something I will always bring with me in my memories. Despite the language barrier, we managed to communicate with the translators very easily. The room where I slept was very clean and the bed was confortable too. Same thing for the private bathroom, was very clean. Talking about the room, it is basic, so you'll find beds a wardrobe and some basic furniture. If you are travelling by car or motorbike it is available protected parking spot. Moreover, if you are travelling in that region and you want to visit Dubrovnik, the room is only 12 minutes far by car. I strongly recommend this apartment not only for the very good quality price/ratio but also if you would love to meet and talk with real local people."
