"הנוף מאד יפה. זה במרחק של 25 דקות מאינסברוק בתחבורה ציבורית כאשר מסביב אין יותר מדי. האוכל במלון היה טעים. הספא היה פחות מרשים ממה שחשבתי. החדר היה נוח ומרווח."

"Booking details state “ An airport shuttle service is available on request”. It wasn’t. And the free busses were only around once an hour from the very local stop. The near tram was not frequent with a 10 min walk at the end in ski gear."

"We stayed in Hotel Seppl Innsbruck on 10th and 11th November. Check-in was smooth. We arrived at the hotel around 12:00 PM, which is quite early then their check-in time but they asked us to wait twenty minutes and our room is ready within twenty minutes. The view from our room (3rd floor) was the best part of our stay in this hotel. Rooms were cleaned on time daily but sheets changed after three days. There was no kettle in the room but they provided one on request. Buffet breakfast was nice and the breakfast room has amazing views as well as enough space for the guests during our stay. The hotel is actually quite far from Innsbruck but the tram station is two minutes walk from the hotel and there is a tram for all the main places of Innsbruck every half hour. It takes roughly half hour to reach Innsbruck this way."

"The room we were assigned was on third floor and we have to take our heavy luggage by stairs. It takes three rounds for me to take our luggage upstairs and again the same when we were checking out."

"The breakfast was excellent, so was the room, definitely worth the money. Spa and pool are a very nice edition when you want to relax"
