Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

- The entry to the hotel is not clear. One has to walk through a long small street to reach a small door. No taxi can arrive there. You have to walk with your luggage about 250 mts for a small stone street. - No toilet paper - Not possible to pay with credit card, which, being so expensive, makes it that you have to bring a lot of cash with you, and in town there is only a place to change money, and for that reason, the exchange rate is very bad

The location at Anse Royale is ideal, close to everything yet peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. "Great location. Just few minutes away walking to the beach and good restaurants. The apartment is clean, tidy and more spacious than seen in the pictures. There was storm Benjamin when we were there! Hence we couldn't go far. But it was my husband's birthday, so we wouldn't just stay inside. So I booked the Noordzee restaurant just literally across the apartment. (6-7m away), and we had a fantastic dinner! Joost & Nicolette are good hosts and responsive"

The bed is a bit too soft to our liking. And thankfully we're at the 1st floor so we didn't need to climb the steep stairs too much.
