It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"From the beginning when I booked, contacted in private, for further information, the host has been very nice. The place is located in a small hill with an amazing view and rivers sound. "Good location. A few minutes walk to the public beach, bus stops, next to a supermarket. Parking available. Night life nearby. A few restaurants reachable on foot. The staff was very nice and polite. Had a little issue with the aircon and the manager was quick to sort it out. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily."

The glass door in the bathroom rubs against the floor and makes a loud noise. Lots of dried leaves in the pool. The internet is too slow.

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

Kitchen is tired. Bathroom was cramped with very little leg room between the toilet and edge of the bath - not easynif you have guests who have mobility issues. Large in-oom mobile floor.air condition unit however did not adequately service the bedrooms which were stuffy and overheated.

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

Large store Centrum 5 min. by car. The staff was great, helpful, courteous. The apartment has everything you need, spacious, photos correspond to reality. excellent value for money. "I've stayed at this place for over 20 years and it has always been reliable. It is clean, quiet, and safe. This is not luxury of course and the furniture might be from a few generations ago but it is practical and very very clean. There is a small kitchen to allow you to make coffee and other small dishes. For the price it is an excellent choice and the location is superb."

It would be nice if it would be able to heat the room a little bit more. Traditional places in Lima tend to not bother much with heating or air conditioning because the temperature usually stays the same at around the 60s
