"התארחנו ביחידה הגדולה, שלושה חדרי שינה וסלון משותף בקומת הקרקע. היינו שישה, והיה שפע של מקום, ואוירה. המקום מקסים, נקי, מעוצב בטעם טוב,נח מאוד ומאובזר. ברמה גבוהה, תמורה מעולה לכסף ובכלל,. הדירה פשוט מצויינת. מסביב שפע מסעדות ומקומות בילוי, מרחק קצר נמצא פאב מעולה בשם ה" Beatels pub" שממש תענוג לצאת אליו בערב. שירות 24 שעות נעים ואדיב. בקיצור מאוד מומלץ.."

"The location of the place was amazing: very central, close to everything with many nice cafés, pubs and bars around. The hotel was clean, the room was maintained every day and bottled water was provided on a daily basis, which was a small, but a very convenient addition to the room stay. A special highlight on the very comfortable mattress, which definitely helped us rest our backs after the busy non-stop walking days ! The staff were present on premises 24/7, so, in case of any need, we were free to contact them, but we never had any issues."

"The budget room was quite small and was on the ground floor right near the front desk, so we could hear every conversation by the door, and sometimes quite early in the morning, and there was very little privacy in the hotel overall, but still the room was very nice and convenient. I would rebook it."

"The place is clean felt like home honestly , the staff are friendly and helpful , I forgot one of the staff a beautiful lady her communication in English is everything .. The hotel is near by everything you desire.. Grocery..pharmacy ..cafes.. 10minuts away from historical museum of Yerevan ..love love love the hotel.. Will sure visit it again❤️"

"Great location in 5-10 walking minutes to all the main points of interest, very nice and helpful staff. Quiet, despite the fact that all the rooms are located on the ground floor and there's a bar right in the same house. Cosy smoking area at the terrace, if it's important for someone. No breakfast is absolutely not a problem, there are several cafes with breakfast menu just in a few steps. Monk House met all our expectations of a boutique hotel - fresh rooms, cosy ambient, enough privacy. A place to stay again! And thanks to Aram and Team for the room upgrade we've got! :)"

"Not perfect bathroom design: because of open shower cabine (no slide door or even curtain) water floods the floor, but generally it's not critically uncomfortable."

"The staff were very nice and accommodating, especially Keron, the male receptionist — such a friendly and helpful guy who really made my stay more pleasant. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city, surrounded by shops, bars, and stores, making it very convenient to explore Yerevan. My room was absolutely beautiful with a modern, aesthetic design — I loved it so much!"
