"The building is well planned and built, and very clean. The staff is polite and helpful, though not everybody is fluent with English. There are great hiking areas nearby, with churches and birds, and the climate is much cooler in the summer than Yerevan and its surroundings. And not too many tourists - a great place for summer holiday. The city is very actively polishing itself. This may become a major attraction in 10 years. Go now before the masses find it!"

Отдельная тема, это просторный балкон, с которого открывается потрясающий вид на город и приятно посидеть, как утром, с чашечкой кофе, так и вечером с друзьями. 5 минут от Площади Республики, рядом со зданием Вернисаж.
