"Location - in the heart of Gyumri old town. It is located in an excellent spot, right in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of cafés, wine restaurants, and the main attractions, while the airport is only a 20-minute drive away. The hostel has a very attentive host who explains everything in detail and also gives helpful recommendations. One thing to keep in mind: the bathroom is shared even if you are not staying in a dormitory room, so pay attention to that. Overall, both Gyumri and this hostel are lovely."

"The apartment is beautiful and elegantly furnished. The apartment is located in the best location of Yerevan. Cafes, the wonderful Cascade park, Opera House, and shops surround the property. Between the apartment itself and location, we couldn’t have asked for a more delightful stay."

"Judging by how fresh everything feels, it seems we're among the first guests after the renovation. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen, though small, had everything we needed. All the equipment is brand new. We're travelling with a baby, and usually in hotels the fridge is too small to fit everything we bring along. Here, it was nice to have a proper full-size refrigerator. The location is great. It's away from the loud central streets, but it's only a 10-12 minute walk to the old town. There are a couple of small grocery stores nearby, and a bigger supermarket, Yerevan City, about 8 minutes away on foot. Also, literally in front of the guesthouse there is famous Gwoog restaurant, mentioned in every travellers guide."

"Beautiful and very cozy spacious apartment. The setting is unusual, especially the interior looks advantageous in the evening, with artificial lighting. The apartment is in the shade, which is delightful in the conditions of hot spring and summer weather. Just on the day we arrived, it was quite hot and there was no need to turn on the air conditioner (I don't like it). The location is very fortunate, and I can recommend it even for families with children."
