The price is very reasonable for what you get. The hosts were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I truly felt at home. The atmosphere of the guesthouse is calm and relaxing – perfect for travelers who want to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommended for solo travelers as well as couples. I would definitely stay here again."

"Josefin apartment is the perfect place for a family trip, it had everything we needed, all amenities as stated and it was very clean. Location was the best, everywhere is walkable even with small children. Its spacious and in a very safe building block with key card entry only. Hosts were very helpful and always answered immediately if we needed anything, also arranged us airport transfers for a small fee. Balcony offers a wonderful peaceful escape with a great view of mother Armenia and the ferris wheel at night. Thank you for an amazing stay, hope to see you again😊😊"

"A wonderful place to stay for a few days. The staff is exceptional—truly welcoming, polite, and hospitable people. The room has everything you need: fast and reliable Wi-Fi, clean linens, air conditioning, and plenty of well-maintained power outlets. There is a quiet, cozy inner courtyard with tables, as well as a dining area with a kitchen and a microwave. The location is excellent: a grocery store is just around the corner, the city center is within walking distance, and the metro is only a 10-minute walk away."

"A cozy castle in a very nice location. We really loved the garden and especially the view. This house is very comfortable, even in winter (floor-heating!), especially the seating corner with cushions along the windows, we spent most of our time sitting there! There's also a huge fireplace which we enjoyed a lot. Most of the beds were really good, only one single needs a new mattress. But I have slept better than in most unfamiliar beds. The sheets and pillows were perfect. The windows have bug screens (yay!) One our last day we had snow, added bonus for sure. The hosts were very helpful and attentive to try and resolve some of the smaller issues we ran into. Overall I highly recommend this place."
