"The view, the house and the sea is unimaginably beautiful. The stairs take you down directly into the sea, and its swimming distance to many of the beaches around. The host is great and it' s easy to communicate. There is wifi, a big plus. Honestly, it's a dream to stay here, it's quiet and calm, relaxing with hammocks and shaded areas, easy to cook together and enjoy."

"The road to the house is more of a gravel path most of the time, with a few steep sides.. its really beautiful, also a bit frightening to walk down at first, especially when carrying luggage and bringing kids and so. However, you get really used to it after some trips to the restaurants and small shops. Power outage was rather common mid-day during our stay, maybe it's different during high season. This is just the way it is in this area, and has nothing to do with the house or the host, it's just something to be mindful of. Bring a powerbank 😀"

"Difficult to get to on foot with baggage. Lots of steps. But worth it for fab location, sea views and steps to the sea. Kitchen space a little tired, would benefit from modernisation. Payment was difficult to make by bank transfer and ended up costing over €60 more in bank fees."

"We spent 6 nights here with a group of friends and we had a great time. It's spacious, air conditioned, great wifi that reaches everywhere. It had all the appliances we could wish for. The private beach was just perfect with sunbeds, crystal clear water. Loved the balconies with the hammocks. It felt super relaxing to chill out in the shade after a swim. The host was very kind. We were 3 hours late to check in due to issues with our taxi and he was very understanding. Shops, restaurants, bars closeby. Borscht beach in a walking/swimming distance in the water."

"As others mentioned, it's a bit difficult to get down to the apartment with the suitcases, but it's something we expected. It looks worse at first than what it is. It's also easier to get down to the strip than expected. There are stairs straight down under the Napolon restaurant that I couldn't see on the map."

"Fantastic location with steps to sea where can swim to Queparo and Borsh beaches. Lovely verandas and sun terrace with sunbeds by the water. Queparo has nice beach and restaurants, also 2x minimarkets in walking distance along footpaths. Villa is cool and spacious. Host very helpful."

"Emplacement fantastique, les pieds dans l'eau, idéalement située sur la riviera albanaise et au calme. Nous avons pleinement profité de ce merveilleux endroit pendant 5 jours, sans ressentir l'envie et le besoin d'aller sur d'autres plages tant l'endroit était paradisiaque. La villa est composé de plusieurs terrasses pour manger, faire la sieste, bouquiner à l'ombre ou bronzer sur les transats. Chambres très confortables, cuisine très bien équipées, salle de bain moderne, lave linge."

"Господар Кевін зустрів нас на парковці та провів до вілли, незважаючи на те, що приїхали ми пізніше, ніж було заплановано. Також нам довелося звертатись до Кевіна з особистими питаннями, не пов'язаними з житлом, і він завжди нам радо допомагав. Від парковки, що під охороною, до вілли 5 хвилин. Так, з першого разу спуск до вілли здається зовсім незручним. А потім звикаєш і дорога вже не здається важкою. Звичайно, краще мати рюкзаки, ніж валізи на колесах. Вілла шикарна - свіжий ремонт, оновлені меблі, просторі кімнати та тераси. На кухні все необхідне, пральна машина. Чисто. Дуже красивий вид на море. До моря треба спуститись сходинками прямо з нижньої тераси, і вони найзручніші, ніж на сусідніх віллах! Море - казка! Рядом невеликий магазин в якому, фактично, є все! Привітний власник магазину, доречі, пригостив нас оливковою олією власного виробництва)). І гоосподар, і вілла, і люди, і країна загалом нам дуже сподобались! Фантастичний досвід життя в маленькому раю."

"Beautiful house with really good facilities at spectacular location! Everything you need is there, and if it isn't, the host was very responsive and arranged it for us! It was wonderful sipping my morning coffee while watching the beautiful view, taking a dip in the sea and relax in the sun. The house remains cool even in warm days, we didn't need the airco (in May)."

"Because of its beautiful location by the sea, the house is a 5 minute walk over a small rocky path and several stairs to get there from the (paid) parking. If you are not sure footed this may be a challenge. That's about the only downside to this place."

"Het huis was fantastisch, aircos op alle slaapkamers, trappetje naar de zee om sochtends lekker een frisse duik te nemen, 4 terassen waar je allemaal mooi uitzicht hebt, hangmatten. Communicatie met kevin was top. Kortom een heel erg mooie villa."
